We have team members to assist you in appointment scheduling, financial and insurance concerns as well as all the clinical aspects of periodontal and implant treatment.
Appointment Coordinator - Scheduling of appointments.
Treatment Coordinator - Treatment planing, financial arrangements and insurance issues.
Periodontal Hygienist - Provides initial therapy (scaling/root planing), guidance in home disease control techniques and regular long term periodontal maintenance
visits.
Clinical Assistants - They help with any clinical questions, oral hygiene instruction and assist the Doctor
Dr. Fuentes' commitment to patient care is shared by the entire team. Our dental hygienists and assistants have special training for the needs of periodontal and implant patients. Our administrative team members will make sure you are fully informed of what to expect at each visit.

Treatment Coordinator
She has been in the dental field for over 25 years. Her primary responsibility is facilitating patient care. She is resource for our dental colleagues regarding practice management issues. Currently a member of American Dental Assistant Association, and serving as State Director for 2006-2007 term: will serve as President-Elect and State Director for 2007-2008 term and is an active volunteer at a children's clinic in Glendale. She has two grown girls and a son that attends Christbridge Academy in Azusa, who wants to be a dentist some day.
Appointment Coordinator / Insurance Billing
Norma has been in the dental field for 20 years with extensive experience in maxillofacial surgery. She is a die hard Raiders football fan. She has been married for 26 years and has two grown children. Although youthful, energetic and full of life sometime in the near future she would like some grandchildren. She enjoys camping, traveling and most of all shopping.
Hygiene Coordinator / Professional Relations Coordinator
Vivian wears two hats. She facilitates patient Periodontal Maintenance appointments for our hygienists and is the office professional liaison between Dr. Fuentes and our doctor colleagues. During her leisure time Vivian enjoys the mountain biking, shopping and cooking dinner for friends and family.
Surgical Assistant / Oral Hygiene Instructor
Berti has been in the dental profession for 23 years and has been assisting Dr. Fuentes for eleven years. She enjoys the continuing education that is available and provided by Dr. Fuentes that keeps her growing and interested in the periodontics. Berti has been happily married for 21 years with two children. She enjoys the outdoors, camping, rock crawling and dirt bike riding. New addition to their family is 3 adorable Lhasa Apsos puppies.
Surgical Assistant / Oral Hygiene Instructor
Loni Remley has been in the field of dentistry for over 20 years and has been assisting Dr. Fuentes for ten years. Her commitment to excellence in the field of dentistry will always be her number one goal. Loni has a beautiful family with four strong boys. The entire family is very active in martial arts. The boys and Charles (husband) are Black belts. Loni is currently a first degree Brown belt. Loni's hobbies consist of reading the gospel, home decorating and design.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Valerie was born and raised in San Francisco. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene from USC in 1984. Prior to practicing as a hygienist, she worked a dental assistant and insurance processor. She has been working in the dental field for over 27 years, 13 years with Dr. Fuentes. She is certified in Diode Laser Periodontal Therapy and Perioscope Microscopic Therapy. She enjoys getting to know her patients as well as providing their dental care. Valerie resides in South Pasadena with her husband and two kids. Her hobbies include shopping, scrap booking, and skiing.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Luis is a hygienist who has been practicing and specializing in periodontics for over 11 years. He is certified in Diode Laser Periodontal Therapy and Perioscope Microscopic Therapy. He is a graduate of Loma Linda University, and has been married to his beautiful wife Lynda for 11 years. He also has two wonderful children (Abby 7 & Jason 4). Luis and his wife serve as Sunday school teachers at their church for 3-5 year olds. His hobbies include swimming & cycling.
